Nominations Sought:
Reivers District, covering Carlisle and the surrounding area are seeking someone with energy and enthusiasm to lead them in the role of District Commissioner.
Don McCutcheon will be standing down next summer after 9.5 years of leading the District through growth and development. The District Commissioner is the volunteer manager who ensures all Scout groups are supported so that the young people get the best quality Scouting they can.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their local community, someone who has enthusiasm and enjoys working with adults. Do you know someone who has the ability to motivate others? Do you know someone who can help this Scout District grow so that more young people get the opportunity to have the adventure of Scouting?
